  Visited this Odeon for a screening of Obsession. Staff were very friendly and polite upon entry and interacted really nicely with us. In particular, the female member of staff was very chatty and smiley. We were in Screen 4. The screens do feel a bit different to other LUXE cinemas we have visited in other cities, and sadly the foot area on the recliner seats only goes up very little. The screen itself does feel a bit small, but the sound was okay. We were sat at the end of the aisle. We did have a rodent issue as we spotted a mouse running up and down the staircase. After a second sighting, I went to inform one of the staff who was very polite and accommodating about the situation. She explained that her manager is aware, but we do feel perhaps the manager needs to resolve this issue before allowing guests to visit the cinema.

  We are in screen 3. The sound is awful. The voice sound is at the front of the cinema and the music at the back. I cant hear the anything except people eating. The screen is super tiny. The seats dont fully recliner like other odeons. I cant believed I paid 22 pounds for this.

  Manager Andrella was rude, unhelpful, and walked away！ I visited Odeon Luxe Haymarket on May 8th at 18:20. There was something wrong with and I can’t book tickets with my membership. The staff members Rebecca and Cheng were friendly and helpful – they tried to book it for me but the system showed an error. They called the manager, Andrella. Then I waited OVER 20 minutes for her to walk in from outside – she WASN’T EVEN IN the building. When she finally arrived, she didn’t try to help at all. I simply asked details of the policy and how it work. Instead of clarifying anything, she blamed me and made unfair judgments. She called me “WEIRD “,”it’s YOUR PROBLEM NOT MINE“” I don’t know the rules, I didn’t sell you the membership . DON’T ASK ME“ After being so rude and judgmental, she just WALKED AWAY, left me at front desk. Other staff members except ANDRELLA were nice and friendly. It’s ridiculous that Odeon allows such an unprofessional,rude and irresponsible woman being the manager! Odeon, If you have money to throw away, why not donate to charity instead of hiring someone so uneducated and stupid?😅 “MIGHT BE”Owe me an apology and proper training for Andrella📖.Avoid this cinema.

  On the 6th May 2026 around 6pm, i went here for my partners birthday as he got the large combo for free as a deal and when served - Gani was not too friendly, at first he directed us to the ticket attendant when we wanted to get the deal and then once we reiterated that we wanted to get food (the large combo etc), he served us less than a large portion and the large drink was one of those plastic bottles. No smile or friendly approach. Also the popcorn was stale and not sweet at all (which is what we ordered).

  Compared to the abysmal behaviour customer service at their colleagues minutes away at Odeon West End. The 3 employees and the security at Haymarket's Odeon that were on shift today the 2nd of May 2026 at around 12 o'clock were so kind and polite and helped me with my enquiry promptly and respectfully. I was more than satisfied with their service and the location and I look forward to returning soon. I would definitely recommend Odeon Haymarket to everyone!
